First, we clean under your gum tissue, laser the gum tissues, and then place Arestin in the pockets to release the antibiotic over the next 10 -14 days. As Arestin is locally applied, it delivers the antibiotic right where it’s needed, directly in the gingival pockets at the site of the gum infection. 
• We also provide the non-invasive customized tray treatment Perio Protect to deliver treatment deep below the gum line. You will apply the medication into the trays and wear them as directed over the teeth to control the infection and reduce inflammation due to gum disease.
